| For many employers and employees, pensions are a mine field. This is not helped by ever changing legislation providing more choice and even more complications. At Burley Financial Services we pride ourselves in providing financial advice to group pension schemes. These range from Group Stakeholder schemes all the way up to ‘Final Salary' Defined Benefit schemes. Many occupational schemes are currently in deficit. Although there is no ‘magic wand' to eliminate a deficit immediately, we can certainly assist in managing risk to ensure that the risk profile of the schemes investments tie in with the age profile and exit strategy of the remaining members with the scheme.
